Jamie Lee Curtis, illustrated by Laura Cornell

Curtis' latest book was inspired by her 10-year-old son who asked 'Is there really a human race?' Curtis says, 'He wanted to know am I in this race? Curtis says she wants to offer kids some hope in what sometimes seems a hopeless world situation. "We're the generation that has messed things up," she comments. "How can we help our kids change this? I'm just a tiny ant voice echoing some of the great leaders like Gandhi, telling kids that they can do a lot if they open their minds, think for themselves and create change.
