Marci Fair is a mom of four, a wife, a business owner, the founder of a children's charity, the chief household officer and mama-van chauffeur who has, so far, survived and thrived in the chaos she has created. 

Marci's experience in her professional and personal life led her to write Tilt to help other working moms understand that there is no perfect balance between career and home. She teaches parenting tips and solutions on how they can Tilt instead and find happiness and success along their own journeys.
