Shortlist of best books in translation announced

Three Percent has announced its shortlist of best 2008 books in translation. The winners will be announced on February 19. Three Percent (named for the approximate 3% of books published in the USA that are books in translation) launched in the summer of 2007 as part of the University of Rochester's website.
