Eldest: Inheritance, Book II
by Christopher Paolini
A Truth (7/13/2006)
I rated this book a four, because it is one of the best books that I have read, but it is again dragons. I personally think dragons are a little bit overused in many books, but how Poalini portrays the dragons and their lives. I enjoy how Paolini knows his books and has a lot of politics. I mean he knows the religions in his book, he knows the people, he knows what happens everywhere in the world. I like that part of Eldest. What I don't like about it is the easy to see some of the stuff that is coming and that there isn't that much suspense. I do like and enjoy the back of both Eragon and Eldest the part where it says names and what they are. There, people, is A Truth about Eldest.
Inkspell
by Cornelia Funke
A Truth (7/13/2006)
I titled this A Truth, because it is my truth about this book not anyone elses. I thougth Inkspell could have had a good old flare to it, but it still was supsenful and exciting as her other books. I rated this book a four, because it still had a nice fire going, but didn't have a bonfire. You get what I mean? Well, I wish luck to her on her final book and hope it is as good as Inkheart and Inkspell, maybe even better. I also would like to wish luck to everyone else who loves to write, never stop doing it. Inkheart and Inkspell are good examples of great fantasy books.
