Being a teen myself, I read this book during school, thinking it would make me, well, more effective. Man was I wrong. Not only was it boring, it only went through things I already know, like don't drink, or don't get obsessed with your boyfriend. So if you are a teen who likes books that are actually good to read, don't read this book!
