I found this book disappointing and predictable. There were some important and potentially interesting subplots the author could have and should have made the effort to explore. However, she didn't and that left important questions unanswered. The characters weren't really developed as well as they could have been and in all, I felt like the whole story ended up feeling very flimsy.
