Alice Bliss: A Novel
by Laura Harrington
Effects of war (9/10/2012)
I loved the way this book was written. It had great depth and soul. Alice Bliss the novel is a thought provoking book that brings home the effect of war on not only the warrior but family left behind. Laura Harrington brings us to tears over and over as we feel the loss of a beloved parent as he goes to Iraq and how the family struggles to be whole without him.
