In my opinion this was the second best book for the Sunshine State Readers (it is a book thing we do in Florida). Pie just really wasn't my style of book.I feel like the Sunshine State books are getting worse and worse,when I was in 3rd grade the teachers chose really good books like Janitors, Wish Stealers, and The Candy Makers - I'd recommend these books instead of Pie.
