Heather is a parent with a passion for her child from the moment she was born. There are many ways a family can be built, not necessarily by marriage. Brian, the father, didn't want to marry, but he soon became attached to the baby too. The baby had a lot of health problems, but both parents were there for her, and they lived happily ever after without getting married.

Castle of Water: A Novel

Very good book.There was a solution for every situation. The story takes place on a remote island in the south pacific after a plane crash. Two survivors, Sophie and Barry, must get along if they are to survive; they do, and they fall in love. They face many perilous situations but get through them. There is a surprise ending.

The Return of the Witch

i really enjoyed this book even though I don't usually like supernatural . The author was able to combine geography, history, romance and the supernatural. All in one story which made for an exciting book. Paula Brackston is now one of my favorite authors. I also enjoyed her book Lamp Black Wolf Grey

This is now one of my favorite books. I really liked the way the author was able to combine King Arthur's times with modern day and trials and tribulations all the way through. Dan and Laura needed a change so she can paint with more inspiration. They move to the mountains to a 300 year old house and a castle; then the adventure begins. A very good plot and amazing how the author combined modern with King Arthur.

it is a travelogue and history combined. It mentions famous people including Victor Hugo, George Sand, Nadar, Balzac and their escapades. Also has photos which adds realism. It is about the literature, art, and music of the romantic age. My daughter took 3 years of French in high school and is very excited about reading this book.

I couldn't get interested in this book. To me it didn't really have a plot; I couldn't figure out if it was suppose to be religious or informative.

I didn't like this book. There wasn't any excitement or plot, just mostly descriptions of Oxford's campus. I was disappointed.

Now I know what writers go through. They are like the rest of us as far as everyday living, and things that happen accidentally and otherwise. I felt like I was reading someone's diary. There really wasn't any plot, but maybe there wasn't suppose to be. It was funny, and a good book to just sit down and read for fun.

It was very confusing. even though each chapter was titled I still had trouble figuring out who was talking. Also it never went anywhere not much action or adventure and all they did was cook and make bread. I didn't like the book.
