While this book is certainly a great page-turner, it definitely lacks depth when it comes to characters and plot. Yes, the characters are developed greatly but the main issue is that the book mainly focuses on two characters. While that's not a huge issue, it does impact the ending, I would say, negatively to an extent where it feels uncomfortable slightly. Additionally, the ending was a bit rushed with minor elaboration. The author just presented the ending and then it was over. Also, sometimes the dialogue is a bit unrealistic but at the same time that's kind of the point. So all in all, this book could've been executed better, but unfortunately it wasn't.
