Memories of my father’s childhood (2/17/2023)
I just had to have this book. My father lived in this neighborhood as a young boy, though he never told us about this story that happened when he was 10 years of age. It was on Garland and Charlevois. His memories of that time were very sad. This book is very well-written and is a historical record of the upheaval it caused. It records the neighborhood response in those very uncertain times, and the legal response of the City.
