Ken has written some superb books with pace and pathos, but this book is slow and has many filler pages, which are nothing to do with any of the plot i wonder particularly if Ken had some female ghost writes writing some chapters for the female part, i just got bored and lost and had to leave it half way through, and give the book away pity.
