I think that the book had great descriptive qualities, but it was definitely too long - and confusing the way it went back and forth. And I still don't know if Moss, Joan and Evie knew that they had a brother, Neddie. Plus, there was a mention of Joan and Len's child on page 477 and that was never discussed. And were Moss and Reg lovers? Too many loose ends!
