The Book of Lost Names
by Kristin Harmel
Enthralling, captivating, enlightening (5/24/2025)
This book was enthralling from the very beginning. The whole plot keeps you wanting more. By the end I felt so connected to all the characters and as if I was apart of the story myself.
Even now that I’ve finished the book, I keep reliving the feelings created from the rollercoaster ending…having to remind myself that these were fictional characters to feel some relief.

On a different note, I’m in awe of the fact that, regardless of these characters being fictional, there were real life heroes such as these. The author brought this reality to the forefront in a wonderfully captivating way. A great reminder of horrific events but the courageous men and women that endured through it
