this is one of the best books i ever read after "only the paranoids survive" of andrew grove.this is an excellent book for the people who are doin MBA cos it speaks about how you can change a sinking ship reach a harbour safe because of very eminent sailors like LOU GERSTNER JR,. he talks about the strategy,culture etc which can change entire organisation.
