Kristen
Even though I am only 15. these books had a huge impact on me. I never realized how fortunate I was to live with a family that respects each other. Ever since I've read these books, I have tried to be more respectful to my parents and brothers and sister. I also want to congratulate Mr. Pelzer for overcoming his great challenge and using it to his advantage. I would also like to thank him for sharing his inspiring story to the world.

I am an avid reader, so when my friend recommended this book to me I didn't hesitate to read it. After the first paragraph alone I felt a deep connection to Dave. He is truly the most amazing and inspirational person I have ever come in contact with in my life. I wish him and Stephen the absolute best in life.
