Deborah Straw

Deborah Straw has been a writer, editor and college English instructor for more than 20 years. She is the author of two nonfiction books and has reviewed for publications including Curled Up With a Good Book, Publishers Weekly, Community College Weekly, Vermont Life and many others. For several years, she was on the admissions committee (fiction and nonfiction) for Bread Loaf Writers' Conference. Straw also writes (and publishes) short fiction, essays and poetry. She loves to review good books and to help new writers achieve recognition.
