How does Lies and Weddings amplify the decadence in Kevin Kwan's other novels? To what audience would you recommend the book? Is there another book or author you feel addresses parallel themes or has a similar style?
I agree! As others have mentioned in the question about the weddings, some things were so extravagant they were hard to imagine, and I think a movie could help with that, at least for me. And definitely prefer it over China Rich Girlfriend.
