Tom McAllister

Tom McAllister Biography

Tom McAllister grew up in Philadelphia and graduated from La Salle University in 2004. He received an MFA from the University of Iowa, and is an Associate Professor in Temple University's First Year Writing Program.

McAllister is the author of The Young Widower's Handbook and nonfiction editor of Barrelhouse magazine. He lives with his wife in South Jersey, just outside Philadelphia.
