What would you say your life has been bound up with?

Maud says that all the best moments of her life have been bound up with painting. What would you say your life has been bound up with?

My life was bound up by my ever-present need to please and my compulsion to put everyone else's wants and needs ahead of my own. After a great deal of work, I can say those days are behind me. And am I ever happy and relieved about that!

Teaching high school biology for 37 years from the time I was 20 years old--I loved every minute of it. Married late and had my only child at 42--my family then became another aspect of my life and continues to be its focus

My work as a hospital RN, My family- my mom before I lost her, my husband, children and grandchildren, My deep faith in God, my Bible studies, book clubs, and my knitting. I think I lead a well rounded life.

For me its all about family, gardening, and the many books I still haven't read.

My life has been delightfully bound up with my family.

My life has been bound up with working, family, and surviving. I became a widow at 44, had three children still at home. Then my mother became ill and I spent a few years taking care of her until her death at age 98 two years ago. I have been retired for twelve years and have had a lot of time in the past two years to read, read, read.

Definitely books, reading.

My life is bound up with my job, family and friends. I do try to read as much as I can. I wish I had more time to read and have hobbies. Maybe down the road when I retire . . .

My life has been bound up with providing my students and my children with a love of reading. The travel and experiences that books afford a person are boundless. An author once so aptly said, "There is no frigate like a book."

Definitely my family first, but also my love of quilts and fabric and my love of dogs
